Отчеты о доставке — это средство отслеживания сообщений в Центре администрирования Exchange, которое можно использовать для определения состояния доставки электронных сообщений, отправленных пользователями или адресованных пользователям в адресной книге организации.

Вы можете отслеживать сведения о доставке сообщений, отправленных или полученных с определенного почтового ящика в организации. Содержимое сообщения не возвращается в отчете о доставке, но в результатах отображается строка темы. Вы можете отслеживать сообщения до 14 дней после того, как они были отправлены или получены.

Примечание.

Отчеты о доставке отслеживают сообщения, отправленные пользователями с помощью Microsoft Outlook или Outlook в Интернете. Они не позволяют отслеживать сообщения, отправленные из почтовых клиентов, использующих протоколы POP3 или IMAP4, таких как «Почта Windows Live» и Mozilla Thunderbird.

Что нужно знать перед началом работы

  • Предполагаемое время для завершения каждой процедуры: Время выполнения зависит от области поиска.

Использования EAC для отслеживания сообщений

  1. В EAC перейдите к разделуОтчеты о доставке потока >почты.

  2. Введите следующие сведения.

    • Почтовый ящик для поиска. Нажмите кнопку Обзор , чтобы выбрать почтовый ящик из адресной книги, а затем нажмите кнопку

      ОК. Выбирать почтовый ящик для поиска обязательно.

    • Выберите один из приведенных ниже параметров:

    • Поиск сообщений, отправленных в: используйте этот параметр для поиска сообщений, отправленных определенным пользователям из почтового ящика, выбранного в поле Почтовый ящик для поиска. Щелкните Выбор пользователей, а затем выберите пользователей в адресной книге — для этого нужно выбрать пользователя в списке и нажать кнопку Добавить. Допускается выбор нескольких пользователей. После выбора пользователей нажмите кнопку ОК, чтобы вернуться на страницу Отчеты о доставке. При выборе этого параметра можно оставить поле пустым, чтобы искать сообщения, отправленные всем пользователям.

    • Поиск сообщений, полученных из: используйте этот параметр для поиска сообщений, отправленных определенным пользователем в почтовый ящик, выбранный в поле Почтовый ящик для поиска. Снова выберите пользователя из адресной книги и нажмите кнопку ОК, чтобы вернуться на страницу Отчеты о доставке. При выборе этого параметра необходимо указать отправителя.

    • Найдите эти слова в строке темы. Введите здесь сведения о строке темы или оставьте их пустыми.

  3. По завершении нажмите кнопку Поиск. Чтобы начать настройку с начала, нажмите кнопку Очистить.

Использование EAC для просмотра отчетов о доставке

Чтобы просмотреть сведения о доставке, выберите сообщение в области Результаты поиска и щелкните Значок.

Отчет о доставке содержит состояние доставки, а также подробные сведения о доставке сообщения, выбранного в области

Результаты поиска. В верхней части отчета расположены следующие поля.

  • Тема: строка темы сообщения отображается в качестве заголовка отчета.

  • От: псевдоним, отображаемое имя или адрес электронной почты пользователя, отправившего сообщение.

  • По адресу: псевдоним, отображаемое имя или адрес электронной почты для каждого получателя сообщения.

  • Отправлено: дата и время отправки сообщения.

Раздел «Сводка на текущий момент»

Этот раздел отображается в отчете о доставке в том случае, если сообщение было отправлено нескольким получателям. В верхней части этого раздела указано общее количество получателей, которым было отправлено сообщение, а также краткое состояние доставки по каждому получателю.

  • Сводка по дате: отображает общее число получателей и при наличии сообщений Pending, Delivered или Неудачно. Щелкните гиперссылки, чтобы выполнить сортировку по состоянию доставки.

  • Поле поиска. Поле поиска полезно, если вы отправили сообщение группе из более чем 30 получателей. В поле поиска введите адрес электронной почты, по которому вы хотите получить сведения о доставке, и щелкните лупы.

  • По адресу: отображает адрес электронной почты получателя.

  • Состояние. В этом столбце отображается состояние сообщения для каждого получателя.

Удаление сведений отчета

В этом разделе содержатся сведения о доставке сообщения, отправленного получателю, который был выбран в разделе

Общие сведения на текущий момент.

В зависимости от состояния доставки сообщения вы можете видеть ряд состояний, в том числе:

  • Доставлено: указывает на успешную доставку.

  • Отложено: указывает, что сообщение отложено.

  • Ожидание. Если доставка сообщения ожидается, так как сообщение соответствует критериям правила или политики в масштабах организации или из-за того, что оно подлежит утверждению сообщения, в сообщении о состоянии объясняется, какое действие выполняет правило или что сообщение должно быть утверждено модератором перед доставкой.

  • Moderator: состояние указывает, было ли сообщение утверждено или отклонено модератором.

  • Развернутые группы.

    Если сообщение было отправлено группе, отдельные пользователи отображаются в разделе Сводка по дате , чтобы вы могли видеть состояние доставки для каждого получателя. Если необходимо удалить или добавить пользователя или группу при ознакомлении с отчетом о доставке, можно изменить группу, нажав кнопку Изменить группы.

  • Сбой: показывает дату, время и причину сбоя доставки сообщения. For example, an organization-wide rule may be blocking message delivery or the message couldn’t be delivered.

По завершении просмотра отчета нажмите кнопку Закрыть. Отчеты о доставке не сохраняются, однако их можно снова создать в любое время. Помните, что поиск возможен в пределах двухнедельного окна.

Как проверить, что все получилось?

Если поиск выполнен успешно, то сообщения, соответствующие условиям поиска, отображаются в области Результаты поиска. Чтобы просмотреть сведения о доставке для определенного сообщения, выберите его и щелкните

значок Изменения. Если сообщения не отображаются в области Результаты поиска, измените условия поиска, а затем повторите поиск.
